Use the Vortok Torque Tester to prioritise maintenance programmes by test sampling.

Screws with low torque levels can be marked for repair with the Vortok Coil.

After completion of the programme, performance can be monitored periodically.

After Coil insertion, torque should be restored to over 300Nm.  If necessary a second Coil can be used in the same hole. 

If this level of torque is not achieved, the screw hole has deteriorated to a level where it cannot be restored.
